Sheila to Speak at Women in Consulting on October 20, 2016

Posted 1 years 51 days ago by Gretchen Hirsch

Ashton212’s CEO, Sheila Lewis, will lead an interactive discussion at the October 20, 2016 General Meeting of Women In Consulting® (WIC). An entrepreneurial veteran, Sheila will share her approach to success focusing on four key principles—courage, expectation, integrity, and gratitude. She intimately understands that the obstacles to success for solo-preneur and small business owners are both real and imagined. The journey to success is paved with anticipation, isolation and frustration. As a result, our dreams for business growth and financial sustainability are often challenged by our own insecurities and fears that keep us from doing the things that will drive change and move us forward.

What Sheila knows for sure is that while there is no secret sauce to small business success, the ability to achieve is within each of us. Sheila will share how she set out on her path to entrepreneurship, envisioned a larger company, and put in place the plan to get there. Sheila notes, “Starting a business is one thing. Growing it is another and requires a different set of skills and instincts. It’s critical that you take an honest look at yourself and determine what skills and behavior might be missing in order for me to get to the next level of business growth.”

In just one super-charged hour, Sheila will help attendees frame their definition of success and clarify what it takes to grow and sustain their businesses. She invites you to change your thinking, get out of your own way, and uplevel your game.
