Teams Built for You

You may be the person we are looking for. As an Ashton Practice Lead, you get the opportunity to design solutions that address our client’s pain points. You also get to select your team members from our large consulting community or bring along folks who you know or may have worked with before.

You have a front row seat with clients and the independence to run your engagements from beginning to end with weekly check-ins with Ashton212 management. You will no longer be the “lone ranger” consultant and the financial benefits of this model are real.

To help maximize your productivity and enhance your satisfaction as an Ashton Practice Lead, we require you to complete a Gallup’s StrengthsFinder assessment. This assessment helps you, and us, better understand how you work and what characteristics in team members are most suited to you.

If you have rich experience and fabulous results on client engagements in leadership development, diversity and inclusion and culture transformation, have had had success in leading teams of professionals, and have strong written and oral communication skills, please contact Mercedes Martin. You need not be located in the Bay Area for these roles.

You may also be interested in traditional contingent staffing as a way to earn a living. If so, please read more about our Professional Staffing Practice.
