Compensation analytics is a highly sensitive discipline requiring all data and reporting to be extremely accurate. The client needed short-term support to complete a high visibility project, while keeping up with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting requests. The work team coordinated this annual project, where thousands of team members from across the globe have their compensation reviewed and adjusted.
