Our Project Leads are small business owners who have client demand and are looking to grow their service capacity. We know that there are 3 key reasons that entrepreneurs don’t grow their businesses. Those who want to scale their businesses but may not have the money or experience in doing so are just the people we are looking for take on a leadership role in managing teams of consultants on large-scale client engagements. As an Ashton Project Lead, you get the opportunity to design solutions on initiatives that are larger than you can do on your own. You also get to select your team members from our large consulting community or bring along folks who you know or may have worked with before.

You have a front row seat with clients and the independence to run your projects from beginning to end with weekly check-ins with Ashton212 management. You will no longer be the "lone ranger" consultant and the financial benefits of this model are real.

To help maximize your productivity and enhance your satisfaction as an Ashton Project Lead, we require you to complete a Gallup's StrengthsFinder assessment. This assessment helps you, and us, better understand how you work and what characteristics in your team members are most suited to you.
