Ashton Practice Leads have the opportunity to design solutions that address our client’s pain points. They also select team members from our large consulting community or bring along folks they know or may have worked with before.

They have a front row seat with clients and the independence to run their engagements from beginning to end with weekly check-ins with Ashton212 management. They are no longer be “lone ranger” consultants and the financial benefits of our model are real.

To help maximize their productivity and enhance their satisfaction as an Ashton Practice Lead, we require them to complete a Gallup’s StrengthsFinder assessment. This assessment helps them, and us, better understand how they work and what characteristics in team members are most suited to them.
