Consultancy is an attitude, not a job title and the consultants who excel as Ashton Associates aren't filling in between "real" jobs. If you actively prefer the consulting life and you're disciplined, clever and flexible enough to make a good living at it, we're the agency for you.

If you’re really good at what you do and have clients singing your praises in any of the following fields, we want to hear from you. Contracts are typically 6-12 months and are paid either on a W-2 or 1099 basis depending on the client and IRS requirements. We offer health benefits for W2 associates.
