Amy J. Haugerud

Amy J. HaugerudIn 1983 Amy Haugerud founded a civil engineering firm called RoseWater Engineering, Inc., working out of the basement of her Seattle home. In September 2008, RoseWater Engineering merged with GHD, a leading international professional services company, and Amy became the Managing Principal of the Northwest Region.

In 2011, having stepped away from GHD, Amy began RoseWater Advisors LLC (RWA) to provide business and management consulting services to selected clients. Then her interest in supporting the wellbeing of business owners led to adding personal coaching to the RWA menu.

Amy also made time to serve on the boards of several national engineering societies, the advisory board of Seattle University’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, She is now a member of the University of Washington Civil and Environmental Engineering Department Visiting Committee.
